'NSync -- Puppets used in the boys performance of "Bye Bye Bye" and the AMA show last year, created by Sid and Marty Kroft, are now being used as merchandise. The Krofts, being the one and only copyright holder, are suing 'NSync for 10% of the royalties for unauthorized use of their copyright. The boys have no comment.
Marilyn Manson -- Comments made on his website (www.marilyn-manson.net) have inspired Weathermen Records to sue Manson for causing irreparable damage to the online retailer. Weathermen will be importing a Japanese version of Manson's Holly wood which will have two bonus tracks. The company has been taking orders for 5 months now. On his website, Manson denied that the album even exists.
