| Interview with Grokster |

Unfortunatly, I was unable to get much more than an impromptu (sp?) interview. The question posed to them was this: What are Grokster's thoughts on the RIAA action. Here's Henry's reply: 1) Grokster is used for a lot of "non-infringing" uses, such as sharing
licensed music and videos, as well as stories, recipes and pictures, HTML
pages, etc. Of course, the real problem is that they can spend us into the ground in court. I hate to say it, but I can't imagine that a large percentage of the user-base use Grokster for legit purposes. Perhaps I am being cynical, but I doubt it. On point #2 though, Henry has hit it on the head. You can't stop a peer to peer network such as that Grokster and Morpheus use by going after them. You have to go after the users and their ISP's and.. well.. I don't believe even the RIAA would be THAT stupid. Add your comment
