I sent Christmas/New Years greetings out to Yayhoo drummer and '04 Rock Vox interviewee Terry Anderson. I also shot him some quick questions.... Terry not only sent me some southern Yuletide cheer back, he answered my request for a Yayhoos update; he also replied to my question about the possibility of any covers on the new upcoming record (they ripped up Abba's "Dancing Queen" and made it their own on the debut album "Fear not the Obvious"). Here is what "T" said:

"A couple a covers we've recorded are "Love Train" and a hell-A-cious version Of "Roam" by the B52's. I'm more proud of the originals than the last record, a couple are downright timeless. The Yayhoos have a mission. And that mission is to remind people young and old that Rock and Roll ain't dead yet...not as long as we ain't."

Then he added:

"We ARE the Rock and Roll reminders and you WILL be reminded in '05!"

Watch for "Put the Hammer Down" in 05
