Fans Sue Creed

The Smoking Gun has the court documents in a lawsuit filed by four Creed fans against the band regarding a show on December 29th of last year. In the papers, the fans state that Scott Stapp was in no way capable of performing, claiming he was unable to sing any one Creed song, took frequent trips off stage in the middle of a song and at times was flopping around on stage in what looked to be an alcohol or drug induced state.
