Ol' Dirty Bastard did manage to elude the police in New York, after his impromptu appearance at a Wu' Tang concert. Too bad for him that the police in Philidelphia are a little more on the ball. ODB--aka Russel Jones--was arrested in front of a McDonalds after drawing a crowd there that also drew the attention of a local cop. Russel was arrested without incident, and will likely be sent back to New York as California doesn't want him. Good job, Philidelphia PD.
