I am still in search of some kind soul to host mp3's for the use of you people here for free. Most companies I talk to don't even have the nads to reply to my email. That didn't impress me, but I kept going. It was this email that really did it though (click on Read More) "Thank you for contacting myplay again. The type of partnership your looking for isn't something that myplay is interested in, at this moment. The tracks posted on the "from myplay" section are from artists signed to one of our label partners. In each case they are/will be paying us to be listed on there as a way of reaching our customer base. Right now we're just working with a few labels directly."
Slobs. That's all I have to say. We are getting some 700-1000 page impressions weekly now, and the page is not even open yet.
So, for now I am going to host the files here (though I am still talking to a lawyer friend of mine to cover my skinny little ass) because this kind of greed just pisses me off. I do not, and WILL NOT charge for that service. Any money this page will make would be from banner adds and that's it. Not from the bands or from selling your email addresses.
