The iTunes Music Store is expanding, just a month after opening, and what a month it has been. The Apple service has shattered records across the board and is attracting the likes of Microsoft and Amazon.
Indie record execs are being wined and dined by Apple in Cuppertino this Thursday. Apple is meeting with the execs in an effort to expand on the already impressive 200,000 song library available on the service.
Sub-Pop co-founder Jonathan Poneman says that the service is very interesting and isn't going to miss it for the world. Considering the label's extensive alternative music collection, it would be a big win for Apple.
