Napster has just announced a deal today where it will offer the Army and the Air Force discounted music.
It isn't known how much cheaper the single song downloads or the subscription service will be discounted but it is known that it will be through the CentricMail.com web store. This store provides serving and retired personnel with access to discounted products. Napster is making their whole library available for this deal, all 750,000 tracks.
