Just a reminder to remember the Artist Hunger Network (http://members.aol.com/hungerzero) - a non-profit organization based in Rhode Island that works to end hunger by raising money and public awareness to fight hunger & poverty domestically and abroad by linking artists together throught the unique "1 of 52" program.

AHN Director Steve Maciel has created a variety of projects and programs to educate the public and assist the hungry, including producing the compilation CD "The Time is Now", which features 16 songs by 16 diverse artists. Among them are "Wheel Of Fortune" by John Cafferty, "The Time is Now" by Blackfoot Yankee, and "A Little of This and That" by Pete Seeger. This disc is available on-line through the AHN web-site.
Another project is the new "1 of 52 Business Professionals", which is modeled after the original "1 of 52" program for artists. The original "1 of 52" program now boasts over 200 artists, including 12 from New York, 30 from Florida, and 79 from Rhode Island! Unfortunately, we don't yet see any participating artists from Canada, Europe, Japan, and elsewhere...which means if you are from outside the US, you can be the FIRST international member!
