Something i just found out about. If you're a canadian and you like to "backup" your files and you love not paying a bundle for blanks you should be aware that the copyright board may be possibly increasing the cd-r levy from .21 cents (CAD) to .59 (CAD) which is almost triple what it is now. It was to take affect Jan 1st 2003 but has been pushed back as the proposal is under review. If you're a Canadian resident and want to do something to stop this sign this petetion at
