Sony Sued in Italy over Rootkits

Some days it just isn't worth chewing your way through the leather restraints holding you in bed, and today is one of those days for Sony's legal team. First, there's word that they are the target of two class-action lawsuits in the U.S.A. and now Italy's version of the EFF is suing them over the same rootkits that Sony used to keep you honest.
