| Apple Sues Creative. Again. |

This time Apple is alleging that Creative is violating three of Apple's patents: one that involves displaying data on a computer, another for editing data using a portable media device, and the third for the creation of icons to organize files on a computer. Many expected Creative to sue Apple when Creative was awarded the "Zen" patent in August of '05. Now it looks like Apple is upping the stakes, calling Creatives bluff and slapped them with seven alleged violations. Ouch indeed.
