Lindor without prejudice. The record companies are, however, asking the judge to impose sanctions on both Marie Lindor and her attorney, Ray Beckerman, who reported the unexpected turn of events earlier today. In its motion, the RIAA accuses Lindor and Beckerman of a variety of misdeeds.
