After lawsuits, threats of criminal charges, and an alleged sex-tape being sold on the streets, a new lawsuit has been launched against R. Kelly. According to the Chicago Sun Times, Dancer Montina Woods, who claims she is one of the women on the alleged tape, recently launched a lawsuit against Kelly. The 33-year-old Woods claims she had consensual relations with Kelly in a recording studio but was secretly taped, which she had not agreed with. Now that the alleged tape is being sold on the streets, Woods has dealt with "severe emotional harm and economic harm." The lawsuit, filed against R. Kelly, Jive Records and recording studio Chicago Trax, sites negligence and invasion of privacy in an attempt for $50,000 in damages.
