MySpace To Offer "Spyware" For Parents PDF Print

MySpace intends to give parents a tool with which they can monitor their childrens activity on the puke-stain of HTML that is called MySpace. The software reports back to the parents things such as the age, location and other identifiable information that child lists in their MySpace account. It also allows the parent to view the child's inbox. The children need not worry, however, as the software does not, however, translate emo-speak into something remotely understandable by parents.

Should this actually pan out, one would expect a huge decline in the number of members showing up at MySpace as the tweens abandon the service in droves.
